  • 2 mangos skinned, seeded, then diced
  • 2 papayas skinned, seeded, then diced
  • 2 large red bell peppers, seeded, then diced
  • 2 Hass avacados, skinned, pitted and diced
  • 1 sweet onion peeled and diced
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper and any other spices to your taste
