- 2 mangos skinned, seeded, then diced
- 2 papayas skinned, seeded, then diced
- 2 large red bell peppers, seeded, then diced
- 2 Hass avacados, skinned, pitted and diced
- 1 sweet onion peeled and diced
- 4 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper and any other spices to your taste
